Do You Know What Your Audience Wants to See?

Within nurture and direct response copy, I am a big believer in A/B and CRO testing. Sure, there are best practices to follow in general. But the testing is what helped me know that my Higher Ed, young audience wanted bold, short copy while my K-12 education parent-based audience was more than happy to receive resourceful emails at 200 words or even more. What designs, which subject lines, do you use emojis–all of these can be determined with the right testing. I have experience with Salesforce, InfusionSoft and Mailchimp to design and craft content.
